Not only are both the USS Horizon and the USS Relentless partway through their fifth storylines, but future story ideas continue to amass. To this end, Starbase 9 has also commenced its first official chapter, designed to feature posts from Additional Player Characters (APCs) of the administration and is planned to help set the background for what is to come; feedback from existing writers has been excellent, and we hadn't even told them yet - it was just an additional creative outlet from someone who simply likes to write! 2008 will also mark the second anniversary of Star Trek : Infinity. Although this game was original created as a home for a few writers, it has become a community for many like-minded individuals. And all this without any breaks, hiatus or restarts! 105714 - 2008-02-21 06:04:18 Regarding the comment left above, it is most certainly NOT left by the Star Trek : Infinity administration, and this sort of blatant accusation is simply the Sigma Division 'command staff' lack of maturity showing through. Their attempts to advertise through someone else's more prominent banner is both pathetic and smacks of desparation. Those of us at Star Trek : Infinity are pleased to say we have NOTHING to do with Sigma Division, and we encourage any writer or wannabe-writer to come and read our stories. Well, the last two years that is. Abigail couldn't help but bore... I mean, regale... Scott with horror stories of the different universes the Relentless and her intrepid crew had explored; there'd been their alien selves, the universe where the Dominion had not been beaten, the evil Galt-virus, the dying-out human race, and most recently the void of a universe the crew had been sent to as a punishment for screwing things up... Scott, however, droned... I mean, fascinated... the other captain with tales of deadly viruses that wiped out whole colonies, alien dream technology that uncovered some long forgotten dark histories, colossal spheres with psychotic keepers, giant bugs with murderous intentions and comets with LOUSY trajectories.
